I know that the catapult has been down for the past couple of days, but there has been no work around to getting this vista? I’m trying to get 100% world completion and this is blocking my progression…

I guess my post was merged into this one… well Blackgate[NA] is also bugged… supposedly the event will allow you to get the vista? can anyone confirm this?

I bought gems with gold and used the gems to buy 5 Fine Transmuation Stones, and never received the item in the mail. What should I do?
Accidental deletion of First Character (including collector's edition items)

I was unaware that the collector’s edition items where account bound and only submitted to one character, so when I deleted that Character ( I didn’t like the way he looked so I wanted to change something), I lost all my Digital Items (including my Rytlok minipet :’[ )
Is there a way to get them back? Or is this a known issue and is getting resolved in the future? I don’t want to buy a digital deluxe upgrade from the Black Lion Store if I don’t have to…
I logged in yesterday, and literally not even 1 second after coming online, I received mail from a Gold seller spamming me to buy gold from a website. There is no easy way to report people this way. When someone spams on the map chat, it’s easy to report them (just right click their name and report). Unfortunately, I was unable to do this with the person who sent me that mail. I don’t know any other method to report someone. Please add a simple method to report these gold farmers/sellers.
**PS I hope that these botters are being dealt with. I play some MMO’s before that died due to the GM indifference to the presence of Bots, and people getting fed up with the sheer numbers of bots not getting banned. (AION was one of these MMO’s that come to mind).
