Yes, I noticed it yesterday:
- Hero Panel ON (Vsync ON) = 30fps
- Hero Panel OFF (Vsync ON) = 60fps
- Vsync OFF, Hero Panel OFF > 60fps
- Vsync OFF, Hero Panel ON > 60fps

Fixed by itself some time later.
