Thanks for all your comments!! From what i see, hammer is the better choice for cc, dungeon. Would the cc work well in wvw too? I would also like to know how the hammer fare against greatsword under wvw and pvp.

rather than going into detail i ran 2 specs in this video and i personally love hammer but i also have another spec which uses gs in the other video but have a look and see what you think. in the vid it shows alot of cc instead of telling you about it have a look and the kinda play style see if it fits with yours.

have a little look took me a couple of hours thought it would be a bit of fun

WvW is definitely the red headed step child in terms of variety of both skins and stat assortments. Even though I pretty much only do WvW anymore, had to go into PVE to get the armor stats and looks I wanted. Now with ascended out in PVE, WvW is left even further behind, with only a promise but no idea when we’ll catch up.

As Anet described designing WvW to appeal to a wide casual base, its negligent to not realize that those players especially want these kind of things. That doesn’t mean gear treadmill in a power sense, but certainly cosmetic upgrades, or titles w/e, to progress and show advancement or achievement.

For one thing im not a child and dont apprechiate getting that reply most probably older than you “my child”. I am not saying we need a grind im saying we need somthing to work towards.

Hiya guys love the game its great their are 3 great aspects of the game WvW,PvE and sPVP. Great, somthing for everyone. Well not really for people like myself who play purely WvW at level 80. We need more to work towards the armour and weapons to purchase for badges is for one poor looking… and power/tough/vitality. what?! our only choice limits the so called utility of the game and character customersation with spec trait lines and choice in utility slots. What im basically trying to say is there is a much needed change for WvW like ranks perosnal acheivments like survuing with 1hp get a title or somthing all armours introduced into the buy for badges system, i would rather there be a new tier and 10,000 badges for one part that nothing to work towards at all the only thing pushing me to stay with the game is to expect and wait for these things to happen anyway what do you guys think:D im not that grumpy if you felt that way heh.
