Viper necro is definitely still viable, and can still keep up somewhat reasonable damage with epidemic bouncing. It’s no where close to where it used to be though, and something like an ele just does way more damage and will have a noticeable effect on how quick you can clear a fractal. Thing about ele’s is that it is a really high skill class to play effectively in fractals.
Necro is still one of the better choices for safety and smooth clears in my opinion. If given the option to pick between 2 necro or 2 ele’s that i know nothing about, i would rather take the necros.
