There’s a bit in the HoT story where Taimi has to move before it can be completed. I’ve done it 4 times, twice she got stuck and I had to repeat. It’s quite a tedious section even when it works as intended. This is nearly 2 years after the expansion launched and it still hasn’t been fixed. Good luck with this :P

Hmmm. I didn’t know that Rev would be unlocked with PoF. I can use the char slot I was saving for a new race. Which is good. Still none the wiser about WvW autoloot, the one that interests me most. I mapped J to loot pickup but, because my other accounts have Autoloot, I keep forgetting to press it. The Provisioner is v handy too. Gennies I’m not so bothered about. Guess I’ll just have to wait till 22/09 and ask again once people are actually playing the new expansion.

OFC I could buy RoF for one of my HoT accounts but I want to spread the love. And 2x HoT is more than enough :P

Official confirmation would be nice. Autoloot with PoF, y/n.

I know it’s been asked already, but not properly answered.

Currently Autoloot in PvE & WvW is tied to HoT only Mastery tracks. Will these tracks be opened up in PoF for those of us who want to buy the new expansion but don’t want HoT?

Used to be a Druid on Vabbi before linking who’d regularly solo those keeps. Try taking fewer people.

I feel that there aren’t actually that many Vabbi players, so the core is Deso players.

OFC the core is Deso players, but the current score seems to show the impact that Vabbi, and, to be fair, the WvW changes, have had. Vabbi players are more self-sufficient. We have to be able to do everything in the game…most importantly, thinking. Deso, like many servers, is full of sheep who go EB, follow comm, and press 1. Deso home border defence is pitiful. No wonder, with 20 afk at spawn waiting for Q to pop. We don’t even get the outnumbered buff. I could not beleive how tragic it can get sometimes. Hardly anyone can scout properly. And hardly anyone responds to callouts. I can only imagine you nightcapped like crazy to get the success you acheived in the past. Pitiful, out of peak hours when I mostly play, but par for the course. I expect any Pikeys, Gandarans etc, reading this, will recognise the pattern. 80 ppl queued for EB, home border geting pumped.

Got to shout out to Deso comm I’ve seen last few days though. Can’t remember toon name but he plays as a girly. Goes home bl and will run to defend stuff. Not bad in a scrap too, and I can’t remember hearing him moan. More like him please.

Desert borders are fine once you get used to them, which is easier with the recent changes. I’d like to see a weekly rotation and, eventualy a third style borderland to up the variety. Only stale map is EB, though it’s queued pretty much 24/7 on Deso. Fine by me. Dull as kittene after nearly 4 years.

Let’s face it, ‘absorbtion’ is the right word. Thankfuly it’s a beta so it’s not set in stone. Like the HoT beta…no, bad example. I said in another post, maybe linking the bottom six servers to make 3 paired to begin with and see how that goes. Not such a shock to the system.

Well, another discussion seems to be descending into name-calling and arguments. For my part the cons are:

Loss of Server Identity (Important to some, not to all)
Harder to Roam/Small Scale fights
Sameyness of Play on Higher Rank Servers

Pros:

Got nothing, sorry. Oh yes I do…people to fight. Yeh, forgot about that

Rather have seen the bottom 6 servers pair up than this. Vabbi was nice because it was different. That’s why I went there in the first place. Got blobs again now, and I don’t like em.

Hmm. Not sure about this. I thought it would be tiny pop servers combining with small to medium pop servers. This is like Jonah merging with The Whale.
