I know it’s kind of off topic, but there is no way to use the OpenGL renderer on Windows, is there? Us Wine players would really appreciate that… There’s dozens of us! Dozens!
Currently there is not. Despite OpenGL being cross-platform there are a lot of differences between platforms (available extensions, API conformance, etc). We tried it briefly but additional work would be required to get it working properly, and we already have our hands full with the macOS client.
Given that wine users (like me) are not actually running Windows (but usually Linux), and that MacOX is essentially a Unix system: how difficult would it be to provide a native Linux client, based on the OSX client? It sounds like most of the necessary work has already been done with the OSX client.
This is probably quite old, but a ‘search’ here didn’t come up with something, so:
A little annoying oversight with dungeons is that the order in which the paths are displayed in the achievement panel is often different from the order in which the question is asked when choosing a path in the dungeon.
This is a problem, because you might overlook the description of each path and just choose ‘option 1’, because ‘path 1’ in the achievement panel is what you are missing. Or you are joining a group from lfg, because they advertise ‘path 1’, and you are missing the first path in your achievement panel, but in fact ‘path 1’ in the dungeon might be ‘path 3’ in your achievements.
Could please these two be in the same ordering, so that ‘path 1’ here also means ‘path 1’ there?
Something similar happens sometimes when you salvage only a few (1-3 or so) items: the area that should display the items is too small, sometimes so small that you cannot actually see them, or only part of the icons with a scrollbar. Hopefully both issues get fixed with one fix…
Now that the new recipe for Foostivoo the Merry uncovered, is a possible recipe for a festive Aurene already known, or whether there will be one this year?
