Why is ANET ignoring this bug? Is it so hard to fix it lol. I want to progress with tyria mastery points but cant,because i cant get mp from my alts kitten this lol.

So. I did a personal story step on one of my alt,i got the achievement for it,but not the mastery point.I’ve searched this issue on the forums,and saw the same issue from a topic which was made 28 days ago.Soo, this bug has been around for about a month now. Latest patches didn’t fix it.Disappointing. I want to get mastery points,i can’t play my alts now because of this bug lol. I was gonna get them all to level 30, but i’m scared i won’t get my mastery points again lol

tl; dr : I needed tyria mastery points,made an alt from a different race to get some, turns out its bugged and only gives AP and not the mastery point.

Title. Are these puzzles doable anymore? If so, where is the red borderlands? I go to Red (Desert) Borderlands and try to find these puzzles but when i watch tutorial videos of these puzzles, they do it in a different map. I’m supposed to look for these puzzles in Eternal Battlegrounds or Desert Borderlands?
