I’m seeing the same issue. After the opening conversation with Eir, the Sons of Svanir stay green/non-hostile, and the objectives won’t clear after defeating the boss.

Same problem on Tarnished Coast. Canach event is active on right side of screen, but the NPC just stands there passively.

Meta Event Name: Temple of Balthazar

Objective text for the stuck event: Reinforcements from the central and northern invasions have arrived at the Pact rally point. Pact forces are awaiting additional reinforcements from the southern invasion.

Date when you encountered the block: 6pm EST, Tuesday, Sept. 25. May have first gotten stuck much earlier.

Additional info: The meta-event step in which Lone Post is assaulted by waves of Risen seems to happen, but the event does not advance afterwards.
