Also let me know if you have had any previous experience in an administrative role in the past because I will need some help planning events and keeping track of them. I am up for any ideas you may have about keeping the guild active.

We were a very active guild 6 months ago and for some reason, it just fell apart. No one’s fault, now we’re at 22 semi-active members. The old leader left and now I want to resuscitate this guild. We are looking for all kinds of players, hardcore, semi-hardcore, casual (I mean no disrespect).

You do not have to be crazy active, I’m happy even if you sign in once a month (I will accept months of inactivity if I am given a valid reason. Any activity in the guild will inspire others to be more active.

All I ask is that you make being in the guild fun for others and they will undoubtedly do the same for you. You always have my ear if you have any issue with how I am running the guild, how the other admins are acting, or with the behavior of other members. I just want this guild to be a place where everyone helps and has a good time talking to each other.

(This isn’t a guild FOR children entirely, so I will allow some harsh words only if they are not directed to another member of the guild and are not offensive to any group of people. However, I would appreciate it to be within reason, some members may have younger people watching but don’t let that annoy you, it’s never been a problem. Don’t worry I do it too lol.)

Thanks for the tips bro, I’ve got a lot to learn lol. I read some of your thread and I can see that its a lot harder than I anticipated. On the subject of map spamming, I only did it about twice because I remembered how I personally ignore them so then I stopped.

Last thing, I do not claim to be an experienced leader, so I would like some experienced administrators to teach me the ropes and be my right hand men.

The main goal of the guild is to help each of its members in their adventures, somebody need to get 2000 Baelfire carvings? We’ll help him out. Somebody need all story dungeons? We’ll do em all.
No nastiness, no blaming, and as I said earlier, no requirement for joining, just an easy going guild that likes getting stuff done.

I’ve started a new guild like 5 min ago, but shouting across the map isn’t helping it grow. I’ve always wanted to be a guild leader and this is my main MMO so I was wondering if anyone, ANYONE, would be interested in joining and helping it grow. My server is Sanctum of Rall and so just please send me a letter and you will be guaranteed an invite if you are on that server.
