well i killed a veteran shark with 2 adds last night, so mark this one solved.

meh. is every weapon combo supposed to be balanced for every class? no? well then i guess the greatsword should be better for warriors than the rifle.

i can’t avoid adds when i’m sitting still underwater. no freaking way am i trying to kite down there.

my screen is adjusted for games, and every one of the other 20 forums i visit.

just coming back to the game after a couple months away. i quit my warrior at 50 for a couple reasons:
1) he was a ginormous norn who seriously effed with the camera on those jump puzzles where you need to stick close to the outside wall of a tower.
2) i grew to loathe underwater combat and i hit a spot where the personal story and two different zones required a bunch of underwater combat to proceed.

well now that i shelled out $5, he’s positively dainty.

you guys got any tricks up your sleeves for underwater combat? i guess it just seems so slow and deliberate because you can only handle one enemy at a time, at least if i get 2 or 3 i’m dead.

my gear is up to date, right before i quit i bought a bunch of level 50 armor and sigils or runes or whatever. running with the 5 signet build; i ain’t married to it, i’d gladly change it to kick kitten underwater.

traits i’m at 20/20 in vit and toughness, whatever they’re called. got destroyed in my first dungeon and had to reevaluate. in pve 1-2 mobs don’t feel any slower and pull 5-7 for aoe and end a full health almost every time.

this is maddening. i travel for work so it is entirely possible that i could, over a period of two weeks, log in from fifteen different states.

every time i try to access my account settings, i receive another authentication email. this is true whether i click from the launcher or the gw2 site, and whether or not i was logged in on one or the other or both. the one time that authentication actually did not return an xml error, i was treated with a “successful login!” page, not my account page, and when i tried to get to the account page from the “successful login!” page, i was sent another authentication email.

i want this disabled or a i want a refund. i would rather deal with the miniscule chance of my own mistakes allowing some hacker to access my account than to know with 100% certainty that every time i log in to the game or the website i will have to deal with this bullkitten.
