my display name was babylon.1645 when i created the account and now displays as babylon.1647 when i post on the forum.i have not changed this.

i have just tryed to log in after the patch and my account says it has been banned.i have recieved no emails or reason why this would be so.
could someone please enlighten me to the reason?

when all is said and done yes we all have to abide by their rules but they also have a legal obligation to protect my personal details as well.

Many who are banned have had their accounts hacked. If your account is hacked, would you rather ArenaNet do absolutely nothing about it and let the person who stole your account run wild with it, taking everything? And perhaps selling your account?
no.i would like them to take action but keep me informed as to why and what they are doing.

what ever the supposed reason is the fact remains that i have not been told why my account has been banned.
people with offensive names have had their accounts suspended not banned and have been informed of such and while i am happy that you can continue to enjoy the game kezorian i can not through no fault of my own.lets hope you do not find yourself in the same situation in the future.

same as me haasisbaas.i haven’t even recieved an email to explain why after buying their game they have stopped me playing it.

my account was set up as babylon.1645 but as you can see is now set to babylon.1647 and has been moved to a north american server.nice to see that i have been banned through no fault of my own but that someone else is logged in and enjoying my game.

i have tryed to log on today after the patch and my account is permanently banned.i have recieved no email to say why and have not breached any agreement.
In wow or rift there would be someone i could speak to to get this sorted out in a matter of minutes.The whole sorry mess could have been avoided with a mobile authenticator.
