as it seems rune of perplexity is bugged on its current state. the 4th piece bonus of this rune set doesnt apply confusion on your opponent but on yourself when you are hit.

can we please have a quick hotfix for this? thanks

I can confirm this.

currently there is only one viable build for pve, tpvp or wvw. shatter. thats so sad..

your main attribute is power. followed by toughness due to mesmer got a good base healthpool.

and dont forget. mesmers got a lot of evade skills. blurred frenzy – distortion – blink. all of them allow you a couple of options. like dodging static fields or guardian walls

I didnt watch the movie completly, just skipped it until he kills anyone. And each time he kills someone his endurance is getting filled up completly.

Maybe he is using both. Sigill of endurance and stamina.

well I guess any experienced (r15+) spvp/tpvp player can see whats happening here. hes using a shatter build mixed with sigill of stamina. this should be the build

just suited to wvw.

sigill of stamina = more endurance = more evade = more illusions = more heal = more powerful shatters

(but to be honest. as my pov kittentermesmer it looks like hes new to this kind of way)
