We did that twice but Idk how to check up on the requests we sent. We sent 2 requests using that.

We’ve tried, but in order to log on the site, we also need the authentication code from the e-mail. Is there a way to contact the CS team without logging in the site?
Hi! My brother and I are coming back after almost 2 years of hiatus. I am writing this in behalf of his account. The thing is, he forgot his e-mail address password and we’ve been trying so hard to remember it but we’re giving up after 2 days. So he can’t authenticate in the game, the GW2 account itself is fine, only the e-mail address password. I submitted a request its #2317572. I’m posting this cause I have no idea how to monitor the request I made. We were hoping if it was possible to change his e-mail address to the one he currently uses. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I’m fairly new to posting here in the forums. I’ve been playing a month after release and I just a got new card, an ATI Sapphire 7950 OC. since then I’ve been getting game crashes. I don’t know if it’s a driver or hardware problem.
This is what the error shows. It’s in the notepad file. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
