okay i have ben looking it op this error is not on ther error list and i dont know why

this code is killing me sins i dont know how to get it to work

the only thing i know it is only my accound that have the problem sins one of my freands try to log on my pc and it work so it is not the pc but somthing wit the server i need help wit it and dont know what to do pleas help me
