how are you applying so much confusion on them? the runes have a 20% with a 15sec cool down…. and daze is 1/4sec so you’d have to time it perfectly to get it to work… unless you do …. then i’m super impressed

So spirits start with 35% chance and the talent makes it 70% and thats what the tooltip says.

Yet when you actually use the skill it’ll apply the effect every 8-10 maybe. That does not sound like 70% to me… 35% maybe.
