I believe a good alternative for the runes going without monks is 4 superior runes of altruism and 2 runes of water. You keep the boon duration and trade 50 healing for a 15 sec aoe 3 stack of might when you use a healing skill.

Give us a trait like say in fire, that does massive damage, but here’s the catch: it only happens when we die, and ya’ll could even make us have to switch to fire for it to go off. That’ll fix everything while allowing elementalist to do what we do best.
