so i’m really getting tired of waiting for my ticket to be resolved and contemplating just buying a 2nd account to start playing again. my question is can you link more than 1 gw2 account to 1 email? i have set up a better email account that has higher security measures than my previous (to eliminate that possible way of getting hacked) so if this is possible i will just do that.

i never said they were hack proof. i was stating how much safer those coders are than just an email verification. my battle.net account still remains safe (knocks on wood again) due to that little code generator. and i couldnt go 2 days playing this game without apparently being hacked…..thats pretty sad in their security if you ask me

email verification is the WORST way of account security where as email is so much easier to hack than a game account. i will def agree the account page has very limited options and needs to be relooked at to give us better security options.

they really should invest in the same system (or similar) that blizzard uses to protect accounts. i havent had a single issue (knock on wood haha) since i’ve gotten mine back when it first came out (years ago) so i’m sure its safe to say it is a working system.

account hacked...havent played since release!

also if i might add….arena should look into getting the little security code generators like blizzard has….they have proven their worth in improving account security and if GW2 is having a huge issue of hacked accounts steps need to be taken to get these applied to your game!

This is ridiculous…60 bucks basically wasted because i (and many others it seems) are either hacked or suspected of hacked or w/e it may be and our accounts are suspended. i played for 2 days TWO DAYS! before my account was apparently suspended. i couldnt get around to putting in any type of ticket because i had to focus on end of the quarter projects. thats been 2 weeks just about now and my account is still suspended….and a company that doesnt even have a support call line so we have to rely on an email that is clearly taking forever…we shouldnt have to wait for our tickets to go past 5 days unanswered especially if we’ve done the account verification…updated our password and still nothing. i dont get much time to play during the school quarter and now that i’m on break i want to play the game i PAID for. so please…look into my account
