i cannt get past thbhe login screen and if i do get to ;a it sends me an erro repot and wants me to reopt it when i do the game crashes and i cannt get in

I have spent way to much money in this game an also my family to be dealing with this it needs to get fixed

as the winsock reset is irrelevant to the issue at hand:

1. go to the “slow or stuck downloads” section and perform the following actions. The instructions are somewhat vague so I’ll try to be a bit more comprehensive.

2. right click your GW2 DESKTOP icon and select “open file location”. In the open folder, right click the primary Gw2 icon (not Gw2-64) and create shortcut. The primary icon IS the .exe file even though it doesn’t show.

3.It will create a new icon within the open folder (Gw2 – Shortcut). Anets directions specify to rename it although it doesn’t matter either way. Right click and select properties

4.Copy and paste -assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80 in the target line section AFTER the last (")(quotation mark); make sure there is a space between as well. Click OK and double click the created shortcut (Gw2 – Shortcut). Problem Solved!!!

This Worked for me. I also was not able to create a log for some reason.

Problem arose last night 9/8/16 sometime after 6:00 PM Mountain. I logged off shortly after the dailies reset and was unable to log back at 10:00 PM Mountain.

Located in Denver and using Centurylink ISP.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I DID ALL THAT IT DELETED THE WHOLE GAME OFF MY COMPUTER! MY FAMILY HAS 9 ACCOUNTS AN CANT ACCESS ANY OF THEM

yes i know but now i cant even get the short cut after doing that everything disappeared an says cant be ran on this pc an when tried to open it from the program files says that the file is uninstalled an isnt on the computer any more an cant reinstall it to it cause it gives the same error as it did when it was on the computer

well now that i tried all that everyone has posted to try now it is telling me that the app cant be ran on this pc so now what do i do?

I can not get a log i’ve tried to follow the directions but cant get it to do it can someone please help me so im not sure why i cant get my log
