Set the graphics options in GW2 have done format the laptop and downloaded the new drivers that may be the latest on nVidia configured not spared the battery and gave to the highest performance. Hi I just got a reply from support 5 minutes after receiving the page turned on the GW2 and have changed the password when Itry to log in to the game I see message again the account is locked

but it is possible to pass authorisation security(other ip)?

Hello I have two problems
first- when guild wars 2 lagged I used Computer menager and closed process GW2.exe . When I want to reenter to guildwars I have this problem http://imageshack.us/f/688/beztytuuslj.jpg/ I tried rebot my pc but even after that I can not login. On my website account appears that I’m in game.Even if i click “disconnect” button I still can not connect to the game.
And now the second problem – today when I login to the game(before this problem above) my main character was missing and I have no idea why!
