i have done the same thing and still nothing i bought this game new i can send a pic of it if u want plus i bought the first guild wars ,factions,nightfall and eye of the north and never had a prob like this before so i hope you guys can get it fix soon so we can enjoy the Halloween festival plus i have NEVER sold gold for money thats crazy hope to here from u soon thanks for your time
same here i got banned for no reason i wish they would fix it so i can do the festival before its over
