Only thing that I really dislike about dungeons is the boss A.I.’s. Have more flavour between each and every boss fight.

Instead of the stale function of just another Dungeon Finder Tool, why not a place where you can hire players for whatever reason?

From what I gathered, people like to converse with their party members, but want a quick way to find other players for a dungeon.

I think a Mercenary Board would be a perfect tool to find players with the same interest and without a language barrier. It wouldn’t just be limited to Dungeons, it can be used for WvW greatly, Karma farmers, LVL 400 professions that are looking for work.

In my imagination, it would just be another window, divided into 2 tabs: solo and group. Group would be looking for solo members, and Solo would be looking for groups. Each entry would have a very small description to lure its audience, in which it can expand to a more detailed description of the group or the person.
