Is rezzing through gates considered an exploit or just part of the game now? I just watched a magumma group rez a mesmer through our bay watergate in fort aspenwood. I thought this was quite classy considering they have a 35k lead atm but meh.
So, exploit? bug? or just part of the game now?
like the title says, lion’s arch is causing me to disconnect from game.
So I log into game about 30 min ago on my mesmer to play some wvw before everyone logs off for the night. I log into character and as soon as I do I get disconnected. I tried again and same thing. This time I do the file check upon disconnect and wait it out. Log in again and the same thing.
After 5 times trying to log into my mesmer I log into my necro instead. Necro is in another zone, logs in just fine and I proceed into wvw. I run around a bit to see if it disconnects and it doesn’t, so I try to log into my mesmer again. Disconnect again!
I dunno whats up with this… I’ve had it happen before but I was in fractals at the time and it was 2 or 3 months ago.
This happens every few months but its always at an inconvenient time so if anyone knows whats going on and how to stop it I would really appreciate it.
my PC is definitely up to spec as well.
last thing – when it disconnects me and asks if I want to send a bug report it won’t let me type a message in the report.. it just sends on its own with no reason.
I recently switched to glass cannon and prefer perception myself. I’m not one that waits for timers to be up etc, and I spend a decent amount of time with my shortbow. More power is great and all but crit chance means the difference between a 2500 shortbow #2 skill or 5000+ damage per shot during siege.
I also use all ruby orbs btw

It doesn’t happen every day, usually about once a week. Its doing it right now and irritating me enough to ask for help. I’ve ran the file check numerous times and it doesn’t fix anything. The message I get when it crashes is this…

I ran into a very well geared D/D thief tonight. He didn’t kill me but came really close. I got my heal off and would have fought him but it was a small zerg vs zerg moment. The damage

I run a full exotic carrion armor/weapons/jewelry and 30 points into shadow arts. Its moments like those I’m glad I chose to play P/D condition/vitality.
I’m not calling for a nerf because if they screw up at all I win 99% of the time, but I look at the damage and see why >80s with crap gear whine about it.
