Guild Wars 2

Every time i use the BLTP, the gem store works aswell as the currency exchange but the buying and selling bits just show up as if its loading and dont do anything,

im not sure if this is a well known problem, ive had a look around, adjusted my firewall and avg settings (turning them off) ive also tried right clicking the desktop icon and running as administrator, still nothing,

any solutions?
