It’s been more then 3 days without an answer, i’d like to point out that
i gave the EXACT problem + THE SOLUTION. I feel like my post was never
seriously read, because the admins say they need to “@ssess the issue”, while i
clearly gave the issue and other generic replies like we need to get an answer for this matter.

The solution is right there, all that needs to be done is for someone to clear out my mails that are being sent

I picked up the first 2 letters, Crude Drawing and the other one (forgot the name). When i got to the third one; the prisoner that has the Torn Letter. I tried picking it up, but my inventory was full. After attempting it again, there was no loot on the prisoner anymore, so i can not complete the alliance breaker achievement.

I ran the dungeon again on my ranger, but no letters dropped at all and neither did the 3rd one.
