I dont know if this is a bug or not, or simply an oversight. Anyway if I have deathly chill trait and inflict chill, then someone other than myself applies chill. My chill is over-written and it no longer deals damage granted from deathly chill.

In PvE dungeon terms anyway, all I hear from people is go zerker and just dont even look at condi builds at all. Never really understood why.

Can I stay my condi build, or should I go something else if I want to stay helpful to the group.

Main problem is that the load isn’t being taken by the GPU and instead its being taken by the CPU. And if I remember correctly Anet actually had a BWE where it was mainly rendering with the GPU and it worked great…. I dont know why they would revert back to CPU rendering.
