I posted the same thing in tech support section but..

Currently, in order to do instances and dungeons it appears the following works:

1. party with people from same server
or
2. party with people from servers you have guested to in the last 24 hours, or guest to the server of the instance opener (if you can)

Until ANET resolves this issue.
The following works:

1. Party with people from the same server and no dc’s when zoning into a dungeon/instance.
2. Party with people from a server you have guested to in the last 24 hours, or guest to the server of the instance owner

Is this going to be fixed or are we all going to only be able to enter dungeons with people from the same server?

c’mon Anet, its been quite a while yet still not fixed

Getting same issue, also on Devona’s Rest

sometimes cant log in, and definitely not able to join party in Arah

Please fix. Appears to started after new build was applied
