The final kitty depends on the order you kill them. The last one you kill is removed from the set for the next phase, and the rest remain. It sounds like y’all are always targeting DOC first, so DOC is the one that remains at the end.

Not sure if this has been mentioned or is intended, but Kinetic Charge does not work with Med Pack Drop (Supply Crate toolbelt skill) while underwater, while it does work on ground.

Also, Kinetic Charge is consumed at the end the toolbelt skill animation. This is easily seen with healing turret f5, where the Kinetic Charge buff is consumed after your character finishes spraying water. If Kinetic Charge runs out of time before you finish the animation, it will not apply.
Additionally, if you are interrupted while casting a toolbelt skill with a cast time (e.g. big ol’ bomb and grenade barrage), it will consume Kinetic Charge.

1) 6/29/15, around 3 PM PST

4) Various places, including around Grendich Ruins POI and Dunrock Gulch POI
5) Literally just running around, with the occasional engineer kit toggling to proc streamlined kits

7) No apparent spell effect, no entry in combat log, just sudden large damage numbers. It seems similar to fall damage in my case.
8) NPCS and other players have disappeared as others have indicated. On one of these occasions, a party member had traveled to where my client says I died and reported that I was not there—instead I was somehow dead outside of the map (refer to pic). I relogged and sure enough, I was dead outside and under the map (further southwest than Anya’s strawberry garden).
