Guild Wars 2

New player here coming over from wow playing off and on, but wanted to start getting more into the game, specifically with pvp. Mesmer really looks sick and I have been leveling one and pvping, but I am struggling with executing kills and just knowing when to pop what.

When I played wow there were hundreds of youtubers and people I could kind of watch and slowly teach myself how to play based off their suggestions, I dont know of any in gw2. Also if anyone has any tips, the combat system switching over is super different and would like to know what other wow players adjusted.

Looking for people to pvp with on this server, new to the game, open to anything. Just looking for people to play with all the time.

Just started the game and quit wow, have been super active in that game raided end game and did a lot of pvp had 3 max level toons.

point is I plan on being very active to this game mainly on the pvp side but also Ill be leveling with a friend who is playing for the pve side (once best raiding hunter in wow, very nerdy), so im just looking for a good social guild to show me and him the ropes of this game and what not.

Woah this community is pretty sick haha. I played a little with the ele, and its a little to caster heavy for me, so I tried some melee classes and im really liking the thief (mobility is what really drew me to feral druid in wow) but thanks a lot for the help….see you all in game

Sup guys I’ve been playing wow for the last 4 years and much like every other wow player here…it has gotten stale. I just wanted to know what class is similar to what I’m used to (I joined a feral druid), how competitive this game is (like I really liked arenas; is there anything like that here?), how everyone is enjoying the PvP in this game, and just the the little good to know things about the PvP ….like what is op or kitten…what should I expect

Also I don’t have anyone to play with so if there are any guilds here or just group of people looking for someone let me know!
