Well you cant salvage llamas if you added them to wardrobe but yea i feel you i spent all my tickets for the shard of glory converter and legendary ascension backpack.
Just increasing the ticket cap per season would help a lot like how Wvw tickets have been increased

Unlike Wvw we cant get tickets every week its just 100 tickets per season so it takes 3 seasons for full set for us ( this doesn’t include the precursor armor)
3 seasons = nearly 7 months and the off season duration is at about 4 months
So its nearly a year of wait to get legendary armor via PvPExcept there’s no weekly cap on Ascended Shards and you get 100 shards on every 6th repeatable Byzantium chest.
We just have to deal with no active season and the uncertainty of when it’ll start back up.
I have already replied in other post but just want others to know ascended shards of glory isn’t the problem its the league tickets which are capped at 100 so its quite slow ( approx 11 months ) for full set via pvp
It doesn’t matter though , the PvP league tickets are the problem
You could farm 10k ascended shards but its pointless the PvP league tickets are capped at 100 for season so thats like 100 tickets for 3 or 3.5 months and we need 300 tickets in total for full legendary set

Yea with the amount of tickets(300) and ascended shards of glory , completing the full set takes 3 seasons if you start from 0 tickets so thats approx 10months or 1 year including off season times . It would be really nice if we could get league tickets by some other way atleast during off season because Wvw and Raid legendary armor is faster compared to this.
Not sure if WvW is faster unless literally going for the basic armour it costs 1500 tickets for the armour which is 9 weeks nearly, then you need 1095 tickets which is just over 6 weeks to upgrade each piece. So that’s about 45 weeks assuming you get all tickets in a week. However, no one in their right mind would upgrade just the T2 when the mist forged gets partical effects making it look borderline legendary so add another 10+ weeks for that.
Raids you need 12 weeks for the first set, 24 for the 2nd, that’s nearly half a year per set but here’s the kicker, you have to succeed or pay someone else to succeed for you. PvP and WvW you can lose everything, every fight, every match up, brain afk while playing and still get it. Seems like an ok trade off imo.
No its around 22 weeks for Wvw and i dint elaborate on the precursors yet thats another 1200 ascended shards of glory and almost 400g for grandmaster marks
Pvp is still the slowest way to get them which seems pretty unfair
In case of Wvw :
For full set, 6570 tickets not including precursor cost.
365 tickets max per week
= 18 weeks
Precursor cost via Ascended T2 armor = 1310 tickets
365 tickets max per week
= ~ 4 weeks
+ Legendary conversion cost of 18 weeks
~ 22 weeks*
Cost per Grandmaster is roughly 35 gold now.
20 needed for the full set = 700 gold to get full set 7 weeks faster than the below method.
Precursor cost via Exotic T2 armor to Mistforge Ascended Armor = 1310 tickets + 2620 tickets = 3930 ticktes
365 tickets max per week
= ~ 11 weeks
+ Legendary conversion cost of 18 weeks
~ 29 weeks*
Requires 1500-2000 WvW rank for the Mistforge version.

I kind of get the idea behind the Bolt thing, the thrown weapon looks great on Twilight because of the trail. If you look really close, you can sort of see the lightning on Bolt. But the effect is just too small, even if it is to scale. Maybe increase the intensity of the lightning on the Bolt, so it looks like something other than just the frame of Bolt, which looks like something pulled out of somebody’s porch railing.
I dont see any lightning trail though

Hopefully arenanet will change the projectile effects
Only class which can use bolt now without being ashamed is probably Mesmer and thief lol

What’s really stupid is that there is ONE skill that’s about throwing your sword at the enemy – one! And it’s not even really used all that often! (Warrior Sword 4). Well, I guess Revenant Sword 2’s default projectile is the sword model, but still Zealot’s defense, Flaming Fury, and…. Revenant Sword 2 (I can’t remember its name)… all would look better with just a lightning bolt as a projectile effect.
Atleast this or just revert back to default projectile effect
has anyone figured out what did “custom projectile effects” mean?
Or do we now get used to the new lame bolt projectiles?

The projectiles are literally throwing more bolts which looks very bad :/(not even shiny bolts)

Though you won’t use gs much in this , gs 5 and 4 can be used for cc
This build is for long fights
Cast 2 phantasm mages using your healing signet and use scepter 2 and 3 as often as you can it gives 5 torment and 6 confusion
Torch 5 and 4 is great burn too.
If you want to be more of support use staff and gs Spamm chaos storm along with bountiful shatter and cast phatasm to proc soi
I only made half build the trinkets can be rabid too xd
If you want the staff versionfor more support and boons let me know , i ll make one and link it again
For PvP yes , you can go for Chrono/duel/Domi for a good mantra/powrer lock Mesmer . It has great burst like thief but low sustain and condition clense.
For pve its not a good combo imo
Yea its too frustating as it restarts after dc .
Also i wish anet adds a repair NPC in migraine i.e. hearts and minds challenge mode , because it takes quite some time and wipes to complete that CM in chapter 15
Legendary armor is coming soon yay \o/ tysm Anet and it has selectable stats as well as selectable runes :O.
now its about time to change legendary weapon too , please enable selectable sigils for legendary weapon too.
create a mystic forge recipe like
1. legendary weapon
2.superior sigil of “everything”
3. some coins
4. some stones
when combined it would make a legendary weapon version 2.0 :P which is similar to legendary armor (i.e.) selectable stats as well as selectable sigils.
Changing sigils again and again is quite painful ( few sigils like sigil of force are 9g+ and never go down in price :/ )and now that legendary armor has selectable runes it is only fair to make the legendary weapon select its own sigils too.
