Resolved the issue.for all the people that it wont start the install/download go on the biggest torrent sites and get the game from there a installed rared 13.9gb torrent,unrar,and voila all good now it is doing the updates.GL

I want a refund. I’m seven hours trying to download the game and the download does not start . The launcher / installer does not even work .

Open the folder where you installed GW2, right click Gw2.exe and select properties. Under the general tab, if it states that the file came from another computer (at the bottom) and is blocked, click the unblock button.
Check that Gw2.exe is allowed access to the internet through your firewall. Keep in mind that simply disabling security software won’t always work compared to adding exceptions.

I cant reach the GW2 folder instaled because I CANT INSTALL THE GAME.
I wrote whats happens here:
I download the lancher/instaler of guild wars 2
O double click GW2setup
A window open (the window from screenshot i posted)
And thats it. Nothing happens. The download even start. And showed its have conection problems. But i dont have problems with my conection. I play always others online games and this never happens
I’m also having this problem. Already tried to open the doors modem, I switched to Google’s DNS, has done everything but the game even starts downloading. I will ask for refund. I bought two days and even managed to install the game.
