They clearly don’t either. Tried to submit a support ticket and we can’t even do that now.
Well she tried 4 or 5 times before we tried my card and none of the charges went through according to her statement, they never showed up at all.
My friend and I are having the same issue. She tried to purchase it for herself but when it said it failed, we tried my card as I had just bought something in-game with no trouble via the gem store. But again we got the message that the payment authorization had failed. She had tried swapping browsers, disabling add-block, and the whole nine yards, but nothing happened. However out of curiosity I went and checked my online bank statement only to find that there is indeed a pending charge to ArenaNet for $10.00 even though the site had state that it failed and no confirmations or emails have shown up.
