In Kaineng, I think the opening event of ToB has some bugs. For several days ToB has never opened.

Honestly, if anyone from Arena Net is reading this thread – it’s OK that this happened. Mistakes happen. We’re all human and through the course of our efforts to make the world a better place, sometimes we screw up. Life goes on.

However, I really want an apology. To you guys, it may seem like you just had an error that unjustly banned some folks. To me, it’s a tad insulting – from the fact that I was banned in the first place to the insinuation that, “well, a lot of the people who are posting here are actually guilty!” I don’t care if you think that, but to say it displays a seriously lack of understanding about how many people are being banned without cause. My guild leader was banned falsely and I thought nothing of it until I found myself in the same situation. Now that I see this thread, it is apparent that it is more prevalent than first imagined.

What really steams me is that I know I won’t get one, and what’s worse is that I’m afraid to even farm or play the game at all – because what if this happens again? What’s going to change, say, 2 months from now that will stop people from being falsely banned? Am I going to have to avoid my favorite events just because I might make accidental contact with a bot and thus trigger some auto-ban system?

Said quite succinctly. If bots are set up to do Plinx or whatever I shouldn’t have to stop farming because some other schmuck is breaking the rules or risk losing my account for several days. You guys need a better way to combat bots, banning your honest players will not be good for business. Again, neither is insinuating their guilt when they come to let off some steam about being unjustly banned.

Even if my account is restored, there is still the problem. Because I don’t know why my account was terminated and what was the core issue, I can’t prevent same situation. Support said to me that avoiding bots is best, but I fully paid my money to enjoy full contents of GW2. Why do I have to avoid bots? Bots are illegal and I’m an innocent player. Because of illegal players, the rights of innocent people like me is violated. Is this good management?

I waited for just 40 hours. But the time all we spent is very huge. Maybe 5000 or 6000 days? It’s over ten years. Anet has make our precious time useless. Moreover it’s our weekend time. If we are innocent and our accounts are restored, who compensate our time?

I think it’s a proper method to ban the accounts after investigating. But Anet bans suspicious accounts first and investigate. It makes many innocent victims.

Moderator closed my topic. I want to know why he or she did that. Was my comments illegal? With people on same situation I just said I waited so long and want to play GW2. Moderator said that we have to go and open the ticket, but you know, we already opened my ticket and waited so long.

Fast closing and no answer. Supports have lots of time to monitor and close topics but none to resolve problems. Instead of closing the topic about account terminated, please help us.
