To help us expedite investigation, can those experiencing the lockup on accessing the Story Journal please post which step in the Personal Story the character experiencing the issue is currently on.

I am also having this problem on my Elementalist main [Schaggsler] and I am currently on Victory or Death. I had also been in an instance of Echoes of the Past – Hidden Arcana when the update went live. My game restarted when I left the instance to apply the update, as expected.
