Dose this mean there removing the perm ban for gold selling ect wanted to play the game this weekend before i go back to work

Is there any chance of a bit of support I’ve submitted my tickets had a response on here but I’m still banned no emails since last one wich was days ago. So much for a quick response is the team actualy sorting anything out how long are we ment to wait in limbo. If this had been a normal game or an item and it didn’t work for this length of time I’d be asking for my money back days ago!!!

Anotherday ticks by and still under the same ban from August how much longer is this going to take? how long am i ment to wait in the unknown before enough is enough and i get a refund and move on to a diffrent game?

After playing some of the pre start I tried to log on the morning of the 28th to find my account had been terminated for gold selling/item buying or associated with it. I have raised a few tickets and even received a reply that my ticket is getting processed on the 30th its now the 5th and still no action has take place. Now I paid £50 to play this game and for some wild accusation of gold selling I have been banned permanently, for me this is just theft of my £50 as no one seems to want to provide me with proof or assist me. I know the team is probably snowed under with the start but hey I paid my £50 so I think I should get a bit of one of there times to sort out my issue.
