from the length of time some of these accounts are “under review” they must sit and go through the characters lifetime minute by minute or something. its taking longer to get my ticket reviewed and something done than it took Guild Wars 2 to be developed…

dont even know why I am bothering to put this here. guess its out of some last desperate hope that something will get done. was banned a few days ago for supposedly botting. I put a ticket in as soon as I could load support page and type it out. now 3 days later havent heard anything back and Im literally losing sleep over it.

have been playing mmo games for over 13 years online (for truly degenerate amounts of time) and never once had a problem like this.

any news for those of us waiting for days without a response on a wrongful bot ban?

one thing to be banned for botting if youre running a bot, but its a horse of a different color when you havent been running one and youre unable to play for days at a time as a result.

I can order something from newegg and have it shipped across country and be delivered before I can have a ticket reviewed??? amazing!

Ive been seriously looking into getting setup to just record my gameplay 24/7 after this. then if they ban me for botting again in the future I can tell them to feel free to view the footage Ill have hundreds of hours of.

that is if they ever look at my ticket and get around to unbanning me. Ive been playing various mmo games since eq launched and never had a problem like this before. even if/when I am unbanned I will be on pins and needles wondering when the next automated system will disable my ability to play.

I was banned yesterday afternoon for supposedly using a bot program while farming karma at cursed shore. Immediately created a ticket and have yet to hear anything back from them 24 hours later.

never recieved an email or anything stating why I was banned just got kicked from game and when I tried to login again it said I was botting which is not true. I play long hours and have been grinding out karma for legendary weapon, but being a loser in real life doesnt mean Im using a bot kitten
