have there been any official response to all of the connection issues? I have been having disconnects for several days and it only started when HoT patches was released. One of the errors I get is 7.11.3.191.101. I’ve tried all of the fixes. repair, delete .dat, drivers update, disabled anti-virus, firewall, port open, and it still disconnects me AND everyone is having these issues so either I am missing the response from ARENANET or they are suspiciously not saying anything. Can someone point me to an official response ticket or thread? Did they not QA the patch? I can’t believe with ALL these ppl having this issue that at least one of the beta testers did not experience it or can’t they just remove the patch until they figure it out…at least I would be able to play

[update 10/30/15 12:42 pm] just tried it to see if it would work…and it lost connection. I see a lot of these posts where ppl can’t log in but I don’t see anything from ARENANET on fixes or am I missing the responses from them.

[update 10/29/15 8:28pm] still having issues with losing connection. Its losing connection within a min of logging in now. sigh… off to a different game (no others are losing connection)

[updated 10/29/15 10:23] have been in game now for over five min and no crashing so maybe it is fixed

Just started getting this error (7:11:3:16:101) this morning. Have been playing HoT since release (and prior to) with no errors (finished with HoT with lvl80 char yesterday) and didn’t see a topic on this error so wanted to see if anyone else is getting it. I was able to create a new character and get to starting map. I was in map for about five min when it first crashed and now crashes with this error within a min or so. I’ve rebooted my pc and reset my router but to no avail – keeps giving me the error
