Bump still waiting for fix 21days later.
PS forgot to mention I’m staff welding ele, so no melee attacks at all.

Just wanted to add to this post I just purchased 4 set MAJOR RUNE OF THE PACK, same 4 set effect which DOES NOT work also.
PS I’m ranged engineer so any attack they use rifle/grenades/bombs does not proc.

Happens to me too, during large scale anything, like the the Castle zerg in WvW, only cure is restart my pc, making me have to re-queue for WvW with a dam 2 hour wait /angryface.

So after browsing the TP found a really cool set of runes and purchased 6/6 of them , however after extensive testing for a few days now, not once has the 4 set bonus
“5% chance to proc might buff to me and allies and shout Yarr!” with 10 sec cd ever worked.
Please fix its the main reason I bought this set
