Thanks! I think what confused me was the mail carrier tab in the hero panel. Said it was available at lvl 71. That’s probably for something else though.

Do I have to be a certain level in order to change my mail carrier? I saw where they were going to have a snowy owl, and thought it would be awesome to have, but I don’t want to spend the money on it if I can’t use it yet.
