Can you please check my account. I can’t join unrakned/ranked games. Pressing the button does nothing. I can join custom games though.

Please help!

I’m trying to press play to join ranked or unranked pvp but it doesnt do anything. I can join custom games just fine. Everything in the game else seems just fine.

Why doesn’t it say any error even?

Please get back to me. I have been unable to pvp all this time. I tried entering with anoter player and they face the same problem once they are in my party.

I submitted ticket and no reply for three days now.

Having same issue since this new patch and tried everything mentioned but no luck. I hope there are more people. This is really making me sad.

edit: OK so i was able to repair it after rebooting. took some time but I can log in for now.
