*update- I emailed support and after a few messages they asked me to send a photo of receipt, serial code and box. I sent these and received my deluxe contents earlier today

Me too I purchased the game and installed today (retail copy) and have received no mail or option too redeem the deluxe content. Obviously as the offer expires tomorrow I am concerned that I will not receive these items, where is the support commentary in this “support” forum as no one has responded here for over a week!.
