Did a quick search on the forum to see if anyone’s already mentioned this, couldn’t find anything so here goes:
The fractal skin collection seems to be bugged in the sense that previously unlocked skins (pre-HoT) are not appearing as collected. I’ve got 10 skins unlocked pre-HoT and only the scepter appears collected. Since HoT, I’ve gotten the staff and longbow, so currently it only shows 3/19 collected when it should be 12/19.
Hope this gets fixed soon – maybe something like the achievement fixer in the PvP lobby back when the specialization (?) achievements were bugged.

The “Modniir’s Ruin” collection item is currently unobtainable as the Modniir Ulgoth world boss chest drops the “overlord’s” item (from the event in western Kessex Hills).
Would be great if you could fix it soon, I’ve been trying to get Twilight since ages and Dusk is the only thing I need

So all of a sudden (over the last few days) I’ve been getting intermittent game freezes and I have to Task Manager > Force Quit the client. Basically, the game will just stop – I can move the mouse around and click on things, but nothing happens on screen (animations freeze, buttons don’t click) etc. Like I’m trying to play with a screenshot open. It also occasionally freezes and recovers within a few seconds, but far more often it doesn’t.
Sometimes it happens within 10 secs of me logging in, sometimes it happens after a few minutes, but I haven’t been able to be on for longer than 10 minutes at a time. The task manager also doesn’t report that the game isn’t responding.
I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading the client.
Anyone else getting similar symptoms? What should I do now? Is there any way of me collecting more information about why it’s freezing?
