RUIN apparently couldn’t recruit enough people last week by transferring onto SoS & IoJ and spamming in their opponent’s WvW chat, so they must try again to recruit people from their opponents this week.

Just adding some additional information, the event is still stuck. The event name is “[Group Event] Help the Pact reach the Altar of Betrayal before their morale is depleted.” The Pact forces have been stuck just under the Triumph Plaza vista for at least 6 hours.

EDIT: Looks like someone/something reset this event.

You have to touch siege weapons once every 30 minutes or they disappear.
