Guild Wars 2

Title says it all, i’ve noticed this for the last few days on some water, mountain and rock textures, it doesnt seem to go away. Any suggestions?

a lot of people are saying that its fixed now that bltc is back up, but i’m still unable to sell/list smth, the lists do load this time but when i try to sell it just says “error”. Anyone has this too?
