OP: have you tried to unpark your cores? that alone should help allot.
personally I like to install gamebooster and use its game performance power setting to unpark cores while gaming. Then use process lasso to force gw2 to use that power setting + give it high priority.

Hey man, thanks for jumping back to the main topic at hand lol. I’m unsure of how to “unpark” my cores. Also to answer that question about which processor I’m using: AMD FX™-8150 Eight-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s). Hope this helps to figure out whats going on. I’m currently having issues with my frame rate. It bounces between 15-20 fps.

Specs: GTX 660Ti 2gig
8 core processor
8g Ram
Could anyone tell me what might be causing this? I run The Witcher 2 on full settings and it runs like a boss! I shouldn’t be having problems like this from GW2. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
