hello, I bought a gold chest from the ticket vender in heart of the mists. I got this really cool looking staff, the PvP Gargoyle scythe, and decided to give it to my necro. Once equipped to my necro, the abilities dont show up atall, but the daggers do. please help

ok I can log in and my cursor is there and everything, but when i log into my game i cant see my mouse can i get some help please
