I second the invisible glider idea, it would be nice to be able to uncheck glider as an option and not see the glider skin (i am fine with the sound and bar as an indicator the character is gliding.) It would be immersive and nice because it would feel as tho the character is flying. Also, one of the sylvari cultural armor has these beautiful pixie wings on the back and it just looks so awkward when gliding (extra mini wings sticking out) . Sadly they don’t flap and that would be too much work to animate, I’m sure, but if there is an option to hide glider like we can hide mask and awkward back items it would be nice. Gliders are also awkward looking sometimes so..
The glider looks ok, but it is kind of ugly, and the glider skins do not match my characters. A peter pan flying feeling would be wonderful ~
if you do make an invisible glider skin please have it always available year round
