Well, I didn’t send her any email. When purchasing the game, I put her email in, and my personal and credit card information. She then created the email after she found out she meant to say hotmail instead of gmail. I also submitted the ticket under her new email, which she got the ticket confirmation.

I bought the game for my cousin but she accidentally gave me an email account that doesn’t exist. She created the email account that I sent the serial code too by purchasing after I purchased the game. I wasn’t able to find any sort of re-send serial code function in the website and tried submitting a ticket. Of course, Live Chat is only available on Wednesday… for some reason. How am I supposed to get this resolved?
