So for 2 hours i was doing w2 z2 in infantile mode so i could get all the baubles and assassins (respectively called “Bachelor of Baubles, World 2” and “Become the master” and ), and when i’m going to kill the last 2 assassins i get stuck mid-air in a cloud, i typed /stuck and it directed me to use the button to the right of my skillbar which would send me to the hub and therefore lose my progress, i did so as it said it stated my position had been logged. But as i went back in i found myself in the beginning of w2 z2 with no score which i might say wasn’t that much of a surprise. I find myself in a tough spot as i just wasted 2 hours going for those achievements and now i lost the progress on both, which brings me to questioning if Anet as some way of fixing this as 2 hours is a lot of playtime and not everyone can afford wasting such precious game time.
I hope this situation can be resolved somehow, and if it can’t it pains me that such a thing can happen.
