Guild Wars 2

hey my TP is not working still on both my accounts (could it be a bug in the downloading?) ( you have sent me a gift for items lost or anything but my problem doesn’t seem like the others mine jsut wont load in general gets stuck on the loading circle and jsut keeps spinning i cant see anything except the titles. its been nearly 3 days since the patch before that it worked just wanting to know if there is something happening about this. the account i sent it the customer support bug info was mystic stiff not this one.

the bltp isnt working for me at all. All i see is loading screen with nothing loading and yes i normally do the old “turn it on and off” but didnt work did this with my 2 accounts strange it both doesent work. i also have sent in a complaint on my other account saying “the tp isnt working for both of my accounts” they replied with some message saying something about replacing a missing item and gave me a recipe for chef….(chef is only 200…..useless) and it had nothing to do with actually my situation but now just want it too work now hasent worked since the patch nearly 3 days which sucks limits what u can do dramatically. hopefully they can figure it out soon and send out more information.
