People don’t want “virtual store: the game” we want these adventures under our belt.

And lots of us course have tormented weps in the Hall of Monuments and of course we don’t get anything out of these new skins. It is very silly.

I agree with you no adventure, no mallyx no domain of anguish, just credit card yay ticket..

My point is, why just not make new skins like marjory and kasmeer lol.. I was already ok with the fact I wouldnt have my skins back with pve.. as a reward for doing the area where they were attached to

Ok I know there will be a lot of threads on this subject, about adding the new skins again on the shop, but my point in here is to discuss something else.

I understand the shop is important to keep the game going, since we don’t have subscription to pay. But why add reskin weapons on the shop?

Marjory’s and Kasmeer weapons were a great, unique, nothing you could attain without the RNG on black lion chests.

But Zodiac and Tormented weapons, I think it’s way too much.
Not to mention the fact that Zodiac weapons came from Cantha, which we already know how they’re not gonna make anything to bring it back (search for: The Chantha Thread on forums).. And most players don’t even know anything about it _

A lot of people that did play GW1 expected to have some of the things they added back there on their HoM on GW2… what did we add there?
Destroyer and Tormented weapons…

Destroyer weapons became a mystic forge recipe, Tormented weapons became shop stuff.. and these were two of the coolest things you could add on your hall of monuments.

Again, my point here isn’t about not having them back on HoM, it’s how people that never played the other game can get something people worked hard to get it on the other game, and even more, they don’t even know the story behind these things ;(

Add new skins, (not reskins) maybe? That won’t hurt your veteran players and fans..

as i texted my friend ..the following:

I’m writing this from my husbands account, because today I logged on from my account and it said i got banned for real money transactions. Again, this is not my account because since I got banned it won’t let me write in here. My husband lent me his account to post.

Thing is, I never bought gold for real money, I never even bought gems for real money… This can’t be serious.

What could have happened?

Yesterday, a friend of mine that don’t come play often anymore got online. We are friends for a long time, but he just doesn’t have time anymore for the game. Every time he logged on for the past months he would just play for like 30 minutes to 1 hour and leave.

And as the usual, he logged on and we played together for the 30 minutes that he could be online. When he was about to leave he sent me an e-mail, containing the gold he had in his account on it, even though I never asked for his money.

I received it and asked WTF? Because this was unexpected. He said he wasn’t using it (his money) and so he said i could..

I said no right away because of course i’d rather have my friend to play and not his gold, so I sent him back right away. I was sad that he was doing it because it really seemed like a goodbye. It’s really not that uncommon friends to give away their belongs and gold when they decide to stop playing (that’s what I thought he was doing) even though right after he says “y would i do that”

Still I sent him back his gold right away, and he mailed it back to me again. I don’t have the screenshot from the part where I said I’d sent it back on the day after because I knew he wouldn’t be online to try to send me again since he’s busy in real life.

Reason why I took the screen shot?

Because I was very annoyed with what was going on because I didn’t want to lose my friend on game, and I thought of sending this screenshot back if he would come in the future say that he was going to quit, because right there in chat he said “y would he do that”..

So today I log on for the patch… I start playing the living story stuff, then my client closes and as I try to log back it says my account was banned permanently.

I texted this friend very upset telling him what happened and how upset I was about what happened. He said the same happened to his account today.

Now my question is, what can I do about it? Because this was clearly a mistake. Neither me or him buys or ever bought gold for money. He just wanted to be nice to me sending me gold that he doesn’t use because he has no time.

So apparently we got confused with gold seller/buyer.

Me and my friend are both really old GW1 and GW2 players, we played GW1 for years, and GW2 since release, even though we didn’t meet in game that early but we are friends for a long time already.

Isn’t any of this taken in consideration when Anet bans people? Don’t they check the history? Don’t they check logs? Chat logs? E-mail logs? (because his money was sent back right away, I never even pressed on “Take All” button, not even once. All I did was hold this money on my e-mail to send him back today so he wouldn’t send it again for being stubborn :/ And I did sent it back. Don’t people check this sort of thing? His moneys back on his e-mail for sure.

We are players that earned our good things in our accounts such as all the legendaries we have and ascended armors with with own effort..

And I’m sure that more people out there on game have friends like my friend.

Can I have an answer for all this? This is so frustrating, because people should analyze it better when it comes to permanent bans.

Why would 2 veteran players would ruin their accounts for gold? Even more, why would you “buy” gold from a friend, because I’m sure theres a log there of how many times and hours me and my friend played together.
